• Please bring your own slippers – no outdoor shoes inside the apartment
• Keep the apartment clean and tidy, and let us know right away if something gets damaged or is missing
• Please wash the dishes before you leave
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Always close windows and doors when leaving the apartment

Not allowed 🚫

• Parties, events, or unregistered overnight guests
• Excessive noise or loud music
• Smoking inside the apartment (fee €500)
• Pets (except service animals with prior notice – violation may result in additional cleaning costs)
• Drugs or illegal activity
• No outdoor shoes inside the apartment
• Flushing hygiene products down the toilet

Additional fees ⚠️

• €500 for smoking inside
• €500 for excessive noise
• €500 for breaking house rules
• €75/hour for late check-out without prior notice
• €50 per person not listed on the reservation
• In case of excessive dirt or mess, the actual cleaning costs will be charged to the guest
